but we've come a long way
Before I had this business, I worked really hard trying to generate leads through:
Open houses
Networking
The sphere of influence
I know what it’s like to live NEVER KNOWING where your next commission check will come from.
Some months I would have three closings, and the next month I would have zero. It felt unpredictable and exhausting. I knew there had to be a better way.
then I started creating organic content on Instagram
And that content started bringing in real buyers and sellers.
The moment it really clicked was when a buyer sent me a DM ready to see multi million dollar properties. They found a reel that I posted, followed me, interacted with my stories, and were ready to work together without ever knowing me before.
They ended up writing an all-cash offer, and the snowball effect really happened. After that, I closed 12.4 million in one year from Instagram leads. The next year, I closed 14.6 million, and then the following year I closed 17.8 million. All from Instagram. And now, I get to show other agents how to use Instagram to do the same.
After working with so many clients, I started to understand the power of Instagram and how every single real estate agent should be running their business from social media so that they can get back their time too, be present in their real life, and still have a very successful real estate company.
Instead of working 20 to 30 hours a week, you can spend one to two hours on Instagram and double your production
